Let we talk here from ethic perspective. First, what the purpose of this is. stranger try to damage the site by hacked it. there are many reason. Maybe it is business purpose, politic, or maybe just try how strength the wall of that website. (Popularity oriented)
This is the sample one. There are many website was hacked by mysterious person (group). All of us know that this is public service own. Public as user need this service. but, why some people must hacked?
The second case is.. my best friend made some small observation. Some non formal research. He said that children or student (12-15 years old) understood about internet in first time by try opened sex site in the internet. Maybe, reptile cortex worked. people try to know something by their reptile desire.
So, are those site (many sex website) serve for children ? there for we need some institution to control it.

A Good news, Communication and Information Ministry of Indonesia has blocked these sites (in 2007). From hot key until close the sites which they think it dangerous for people morality.I think It is not effective. Because many website used the abroad firm as its provider (adult sites for example). So, it can not block totally.
Try from hot keyword, when adult keyword has blocked. Some people try to type another which related with the keyword purposed. Example, “bikini” is related with “beach”. It is some technology impact.
The best solution must start form ourselves. We are the start point as control, as a guidence. Yes, it start from you.
